Fallout 2 MegaMod 2.44 installation

1. Install vanilla Fallout 2
2. Install patch 1.02
3. Install MegaMod 2.44
4. Remove weather.ini
5. Copy ddraw.dll from sfall 2.18 to game install directory
6. Copy all data/scripts from MM2.44_Fixes with overwriting
7. Remove data/scripts/gltsrain.int
8. Install HiRes Patch
